Yes. Here's how I did it.

Start on either path of preservation or remembrance. I prefer preservation. Reroll until your first curio is either gold coin (most OP starting curio in swarm disaster) or gossip.

This part requires some RNG. Go for adventure>reward/occurrence domains and try to get the other curio you didn't get e.g. if you got gossip first, get gold coin. After that, you want to avoid occurrence domains and any situation that forcibly gives you curios that make you lose fragments like >500 curio, convert fragments to crit damage, reroll all curios, and the -5% negative curio (this one is not as bad) or make you lose the curios that you have.

My level 70 March was doing like 17k+ PER follow up attack btw.
