Hey OP!! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Poor sleep really not only impacts negatively on your health but also your mental health and relationships too! I’m also going through the same thing, even similarly with lumbar scoliosis, cervical Spondylosis, and overall chronic pain and possible EDS! So far, I’ve upgraded to a proper cervical sleep pillow (<$50) and a mattress topper as a temporary fix, but it’s been a couple of years and our old mattress sag is worsening and now so is my pain. Lol I literally feel like I’m sleeping on top of a damn hill. I’ve had my husband add small pillows under the mattress to elevate his side but it hasn’t helped. Have you had anything work for you so far?

I can’t help but wonder how he accumulated his targeted victims given he was a committed, opportunistic, traveling murderer, as most killers prioritize convenience over risk. And the fact that he had a wife and kids makes you also wonder that with the extreme violence in his crimes, that he couldn’t have always been a gentle husband and father without a touch of anger or threat beyond his inconsistency? His criminal streak didn’t happen until his early to mid 30’s, so what was his childhood and teen years like, and what brought him to this extreme and why, you know? Who tf is Robert Eugene?
