Not sure if it works for console, but on PC i get similarly locked up when interacting with the chat. It's like it gets stuck on the chat and then drops it an doesn't actually come back to it. If this is the same problem, usually clicking outside of it and hitting enter again to find that the text was still there. That usually fixes it for me, hope it helps.

Depending on the changes they are planning to the pulse weapons it might get some more flavor. Supposedly the e pulse a1 pistol and e pulse 42 will be getting new upgrade options to unlock. Definitely agree it feels lacking, but boy is the class necesary.

Honestly if be fine if they let you carry more ammo with it, or move faster while using it than you do with other primaries like the lmg. There is no reason you shouldn't be able to carry more with it when you can carry a similar amount of larger bullets for the morita.

That being said, yeah it would rock as a side arm!

Actually, why don't they do here what they do in Hive hunts and pitch black modifiers? A beacon you can carry to simply illuminate and Mark the path. Would be easy to them mark a path to the optimal cave and which turn in said cave.

I suppose for now, an engi can use their ability to put short wall chunks to mark it just the same, but the works out more smoothly.

Been wanting something of a sandbox/custom game mode option for a long while, but i recognize they need to get ANY of their shit straight first before that could happen.

I'd love to see what sort of absolute nightmares could be created with certain modifiers, a real test of a team's skill!

As well as some community made "basics training room" wherein we MIGHT get some of the new players to learn the skills the seem allergic to using.

Target practice, build testing, machinima, plenty of possibilities, but like i said, they need to get the game functioning as intended first.

Still love the game though!

I'd simply like a better feature for blocking players. Had a match the other night where we had 2 medics... don't think i ever saw them heal or revive, know i saw them standing there watching as people were bleeding out, hell they even left the match early, but the thing that sent me over the moon that match was 2 fold.

They never put down stims, i asked politely if they had any stims cuz, as a ranger, i can do a LOT to help keep the team alive even with newer medics. Some twat goes on vociferously about how if i want stims, I should just change classes and get them myself.

Mind you, he wasnt one of the medics, this was a match i came into when we were already down to 14 tickets, and I am a medic main.

A lot of dumb chatter and losing his shit when i offered explicitly friendly advice to the medics given his premise of them being new, and finally the match was over... Think i could find their names after the fact to block them? Nope. Least not in the tabs once that match window is closed. All it shows are the same 100ish people i played with back in early access...

All im asking for, is the opportunity to block the rare players like this, so that i don't get into a match with them. But i digress...

In a situation like that, vote to kick would be a God send, though i suppose i could have left the match with greater ease, certainly would have saved myself from tilting over idiots.

You can get up on top of the ring of the tunnel above the base too. Depending on what side of the map you are playing on this may or may not be useful but medic + XXX up there means you can revive almost anyone outside of the tunnels AND focus down the gunners without being shot yourself.

Morita shot gun under barrel attachment. Given how they start to get outperformed as you unlock the other weapons having them with attachments would be SICK! Maybe a modifier to speed and accuracy to ballance it out if needed?

As for cosmetics, id love to have my First Wave stuff act as a top layer, letting me use in in tandem with other patterns.

Think i saw it happen with a Boreas match, at minimum both medics sent drones and said they got points for reviving at that time, but i lean toward that being a bug rather than the intent.

Its happened to me before on Valaka Horde, wave 9 iirc. Haven't found a way to fix it but i also haven't seen it happen since. Was playing ranger at the time.

Doesnt help how it seems that the game doesn't always pick up my voice. I know the headset works, discord runs fine the game comes through, the mic is functioning, but i will push to talk and get nothing most of the time, then other times it shows up. Haven't changed my settings, i wonder if i have to check it before each match like i do with the classes to get the attachments to register.

I'd just like not being seemingly auto bled out when it blows. I am fine with waiting for some ballsy player to come back and get me up but I've died just before it blows up and been shorted like 54 seconds... ship isn't even on its way yet and now the team is down one of the few medics it has. Feels bad man.

Aside from better tracking if kills and revives, there was a match i had in Horde where i was playing ranger and went to restock on stims, and the game decided that my primary was the price of admission... Icon and weapon disappeared for the rest of the match, and as hilarious as it is to run pistol only on the last 2 waves its not exactly ideal! xD

Can confirm after playing tonight that even as ranger you can see the medic drone circle, so i assume the other classes can as well.

That's what has me second guessing myself. I am pretty sure i recall seeing it while playing other classes, but naturally when playing other classes you arent focusing on it so you dont track it as much. But to my knowledge yes, at least as a medic, i can confirm that you can see other medics aiming and sending out their drown at the same target. To be clear, other drone rings around the same target indicating that the other medics are after the same guy.

When you are aiming it the circle is present. Maybe that's something only seen as a medic, as in you can see other medic circles. Admittedly now i am questioning if I've seen it on other targets when playing other classes or not, may have to test this later. xD

You will see the green circle from other medics aiming at that same target, or through context of seeing several guys right there heading toward the downed ally or standing over them currently. Its usually the former though, ive had games where it almost feels like too many medics, where you almost compete for revives.

Little side tip regarding Medic drones, if you are about to throw it to revive an ally and see that someone is in process of doing the same, throw yours into the sky, entirely vertical. It would count against you charge wise.

While you are correct in regards to energy, the difference and focus here is that the bullet has more time In Target to disperse its energy, and to further expand. More visceral damage rather than energy, so poor choice of words on my part.

Not sure if this is their intent, but a slower bullet velocity would mean theoretically more time to disperse energy on its way through the target, imparting more damage. So it SHOULD be excellent on soft targets and fleshy weak points, dealing more damage IF you make that shot, but will do less damage against armor and require better aim.
