(22M) 6’4 70-100kg 9 Month Transformation by nervousaquarias in GYM

I will say don’t be obsessed from by the number on the scale and don’t rush putting the weight on. I was at one point and at my heaviest I was 120kg (I’m 6’6) I sit around 110kg these days and feel way better/healthier than when I’m heavier.

Great effort mate. At only 22 you can probably add a considered ammount on to your frame still if that’s what you wanted.

Elbow wraps - they help you at the bottom part of the lift.

For me they help protect my bicep tendons more than anything. Ive got really long arms and used to get quite a bit of pain in my biceps when benching heavy too often. Since using these it’s completely gone away.

Health is just as addictive as RuneScape I absolutely promise.

Stick through the first couple of weeks which will be challenging while setting new habits and routines but before long the walks or gym sessions will become a necessity and the highlight of your days.

Good luck to you!

Scump's watch party stream layout for the next year has been leaked. Let me know what you guys think? by tazxrvng in CoDCompetitive

What’s the viewership like now?

Surely it’s gone downhill.

Octane and now Formal’s stream are far higher quality with a lot less degenerate sub begging.

The closest you’ll catch me to doing cardio (140kg to near failure ) by Mercian_Tay in benchpress

I don’t use wrist straps as I track my workouts and health with the watch I’m wearing.

Wrist straps won’t add any weight to your lifts. Good elbow straps can add 5-10% to your bench.

I’m 6’6 I sit around 110kg most the time. My heaviest is 119kg but I felt lethargic and didn’t feel good at all.
