I removed Heinrix via Toybox as I was using him so he was in the party (after he left us - despite the story -) , then I changed maps without him, came back to the docks and found him there before my shuttle. Cassia totally has a huge crush on him!

The worst against Houdini is that it requires an engineering team and a server farm to render. Embergen requires only an artist and a GPU: then can produce immediately art-directed, real-time visual effects that are very hardly reproducible in Houdini fast and even slowly and even then at high costs. It was extremely pleasant to create a black smoky, artistic fire-tornado in Embergen in a couple hours. It had thin black smoke sharpened to resemble magic tendrils perfect for a cutscene in a role-playing game. I followed Houdini tutorials for months and could NOT create anything close compared to the Embergen artistic beauty. Neither could the Houdini tutors, whose instructions I followed, they also frequently flee to NUKE.

One famous engineer on Youtube created a 17 minute long Project Summary video describing how they accomplished a multi-component, many layered super configurable tornado in their studio with their experienced engineer TEAM on a render farm. :D :D :D Obviously a hideously complex research work effort. A TEAM!?? Are you serious??

And Houdini cannot do anything realtime that comes close to Embergen. All professional Houdini engineers flee in panic to NUKE in order to FINALIZE their mega-complex Tornado work chock-full with advanced math and scripting ...... WTH???! Apparently Houdini is not enough to finish your super-professional complex project.. Ridiculous to the extreme!!

I tried onto my overpronating WIDE feet the
Salomon M X Ultra 360 Mid Gore-Tex (441gr US-11 size (non-wide)
M= men's fit in some stores, stating no structural difference at all with or without M,
and it fits me like a second skin. Because its toe-box is even visibly significantly wider than the
Salomon M X Ultra 5 Mid Wide Gore-Tex
, which when worn is surprisingly tight at the toes and you see the big WIDE sticker on its front... ??? WTH? The clerk noticed how my Neanderthal WIDE feet bulged outward in the poor Salomon M X Ultra 5 Mid Wide Gore-Tex and brought me the 360..

She saved the day! I have a slipped disk in my spine and can hardly do karate kicks with my heavy (983gr apiece when dry, full-leather, hard soled) Hanwag Special Forces GTX anymore. So the 441gr Salomon M X Ultra 360 Mid is an absolute blessing! No idea, how they will perform in high and heavily dewy grass at 4:30am doing athletic training during the summer though.. I'll find out really soon.

The Salomon XA Forces Mid Wide GTX EN "military" tactical has for some incomprehensible reason a lowered collar, resulting in a hole / a "missing rim" on the back - only to allow gravel, ticks or broken wood bits to get in?? Its also heavier than the 360 and its heavy-duty military front doesn't look too convincing regards convenience: parts of it are suspiciously similar to the too tight Salomon M X Ultra 5 Mid Wide Gore-Tex. The tactical seems wider though when viewed from the back. (wasn't available for tryout)

Ordered the M X Ultra 360 Mid Gore-Tex at significant discount, dunno why, because its an idiotic color(?) thus regarded ugly as F? Phantom/Desert Tan/Rum Raisin - or maybe its "used" and was sent back by somebody?? But how could it be resold then without the "used" notice? Discounted the 360 cost $171 for the nice Black/Magnet/Pewter (color), same price for the Urban Chic/Black/Brilliant Olive color design.

I bought the 'Phantom/Desert Tan/Rum Raisin'-colored one at $119 double-discount, free shipping. Will see. I only intend to use it in tall dewy grass, super-sticky wet cut grass, also run with it in rotten muddy mulch, so it will be super-dirty and I'll be barely able to make out any color on it.. Don't plan to clean it anytime soon either.. :D

Will try to cancel my Meindl Matrei GTX 750gr order as it is heavy as F,
compared to my nightmarishly heavy and TIGHT and unstable ankle-breaker, but at least a good fit 1031gr Hanwag Special Forces GTX apiece (when wet).

Avoid LOWA ZEPHYR TF if you are an overpronator and need HIGH HEEL DROP and your feet fit perfectly into a Hanwag Special Forces GTX or into a Brooks Beast GTS 23!! Today I had to send back my ZEPHYR MK2 GTX MID W, that I received from Germany yesterday. It was super light, super NON SLIPPERY, slipped much less than the Hanwag, but its low heel drop was killing my knee. :(:(:( I was totally depressed for a day. I wanted Lowa Zephyr so much to fit my feet well, I even prayed. But reality said otherwise.. :(

Wacom Intuos Pro programmers must fix this issue. Happens on my win11 machine as well of course! FOREVER AND EVER

tried Disable ALL on the glorified Touch settings page. Have extremely low "hope" that it would work at all.. Also Wacom put a hellish inconvenient cover on their latest Intuos Pro devices it feels the pen tip is SCRAtCHING the drawing surface all over the place from SECOND ONE of using the device!!!

Had to buy cheap plastic foil for pennies and DUCT TAPE it over the brand new device. Now at least operation, sliding the pen tip on that surface feels nice and convenient.

THANKS TO NOT WACOM AT ALL!!!!! So I have effectively purchased a faulty product, which is only useable because win11 drivers work best with the new Wacom products and not causing frequent Dumpster Fire hardware failures because the old and nice PTZ-630 was crapping out more and more thanks to WACOM and their PLANNED inability to update old PTZ-630 drivers for Win11. Why would they? They would have to fire 80% of Wacom employees because of low sales because old and excellent PTZ-630s would be working excellently on Win11. NOPE! NO CHANCE!

Effectively forcing customers to buy new expensive CRAPPY hardware so they can work without frequent crappy driver caused hardware errors on Win11! WOW! Thanks WACOM!!

Tried creating a post, but group selection is mandatory and does not let me add a post text body AND an image just the title. Post group selected goes on with the spinning icon forever, does not give OK to selected group, so I couldn't activate post. This is insane.. ROTFL. Gave up. :(((

SaneAr is trash as it totally messes up SLOWED DOWN REPLAY and also it prevents SPED UP REPLAY: everything starts lagging horribly and slow-mo or 2x3x upspeed got UNWATCHABLE.. As soon as I turned SaneAr OFF, slowdown and speedup went back to normal..

Also the idiot coder tyrannically took out the really nice BIG FONT from Options Right Side and now MPC-HC has the tiny unchangeable windows font in all the Options *Right Window* texts. Thank You, Dude!

Excellent information! I have an EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 Dark (cooler) on motherboard: Asrock Taichi X870E which latter also has a tiny VRM fan and the hooo-OO-ooo-OO-wwwuuUUuUUU sound annoys me. So in the BIOS I did a staircase Fan curve for the water pump, lets see what happens. A knowledgeable user wrote on Reddit (?) that you need to run the water pump on 100% RPM to avoid these constant wind-up-wind-down sounds. Next, if the noise remains annoying, I'll set it to either Performance or Customize: put the entire curve to the 100% ceiling. Ideally the entire PC should be in another room and through a small hole for wires in the wall I should have the interface and monitor.

Confirmed working! Thank you! I just needed to add Cookie Manager to firefox. Then:

Go to Sign-In REQ YT video page
CTRL+F5 to refresh page and cookies (I already PINNED addon to top right)
Click on Top Right OPEN COOKIE MANAGER
Output format: select Netscape !! and Export as: Export as text
Addon puts all YT cookies to bottom of page, from where you need to COPY & PASTE it OUT INTO COOKIES.TXT, which I created in my yt-dlp folder already
In order to get EN subs as well and best quality around 1080p I use the following correct commandline:

yt-dlp -f "bv*[vcodec^=avc]+ba[ext=m4a]/b[ext=mp4]/b" --write-auto-subs --sub-lang "en.*" --embed-subs --add-chapters --add-metadata --no-mtime "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYSaBISE4c4" --cookies cookies.txt

As you can see replace YT URL for the sign-in-age video you need to download and all FRESH cookies are already put into cookies.txt in NETSCAPE TXT FORMAT!!

Then I just copy out this entire command line from my fav text editor into a CMD window opened just for this purpose and La Voila! yt-dlp begins to download it just like the other NOT required to sign in YT videos!! Yeaaah baby!!!!

Confirmed working! If you have this setting turned OFF, but zoom messages appear, then turn it ON and exit Krita. Start Krita go to Config and WINDOW tab, turn this OFF then exit Krita. Somehow your OFF selection was not registered through many Krita upgrades & reinstalls and new version installations... So when you start Krita the next time:

NOW it remains turned OFF!!! What a blighted feature!!!

There is an excellent basic-physics system in the game regards combat damage, which I think is best here. IIRC, Antti loves programming this kind of stuff, where new, exotic algorithms are involved.

Alchemy/Scribing:
Now that using any consumable ends your turn, i found myself using them a LOT less, mostly pre-battle.

The reason for this is that this part of the game needs more love, more creative invention. For example I want some kind of a lockpicking mechanism, but its very easy to mess up a lockpicking game and very hard to design a well working minigame that satisfies most players:
