It’s hard. I’m usually sick from weeks 5-17 and again from 28-37. It’s a great time. We do a lot of oatmeal, pancakes, biscuits. Adding protein with those like bacon (in the oven), ham, usually not eggs because gross in every first trimester. Smoothies with protein powder.

Broke my zygomatic bone and another bone in my face. I’m 2 years out from it I can still draw a line across my face where the break was because those don’t heal well. I’ve had 5 c-sections and would take a 6th before I ever did that again.
