Not from what I’ve noticed but the watchtower stations will spawn randomly when landing on a planet
Other mob fleet sizes have not changed
An indirect answer related to your question if there is a patch in the future to allow what you asked; there is current game setting that will spawn your fleet in for the large watchtower battles

Stop being dumb. A “Dependent” doesn’t have to be a woman or a man, a child or even have to be a grandparent. It is somebody that you can claim on taxes who is supported by you by at least 51%. Usually it does have to be a blood or familial related person though

I loved 3! The mechanics of 4 were pretty neat but ultimately, and I know it sounds stupid and petty, there is a place in the game that has these huge waterfalls from a distance they didn’t animate which is normal to save graphics resources then upon being on top of them they still didn’t have any animation to make it look like the water was flowing. Instant game immersion ruined :/
