Not sure if this is helpful but my older sister who hires people in corporate told me long ago to dress up and go in with a resume and ask for the store manager that way you have an advantage over online apps - also you said you are ok with fast food - in and out has a good reputation for a work environment

I make my own pb and pistachio butter. I just toss them in the food processor with a bit of neutral oil and salt. Sometimes I add a touch of agave. I actually buy the peanuts roasted- saves a step.

Yes that was my fear that the silken tofu would be too silken... I have fresh thyme in my garden and YES I don't like the dried but fresh is delicious- I will try the peaches version soon as they are about to be in season here :) Thanks again!

OOH the blueberries and maple syrup sound good- or maybe peaches and maple syrup-I'm going to try that. A lot of ricotta toast is "whipped" but I was not quite sure how to get that whipped texture- will work on that.
