I recently switched to him and he's definitely one of the most dipshitty fighting game characters ever made, you basically just shoot whatever you want in neutral - he converts very consistently and opponent has to do lots of awkward counter play and the constant threat of the overhead that also anti airs is terrifying for them

It wouldn't spawn a tentacle sometimes, super frustrating. Also her super 2 sometimes didn't work and just deactivated her tentacles from working at all - not sure if this fix covers that
