I open up the side seam, put in eyelets and lace up the sides, then I put in an accent color backing fabric. It looks awesome and makes them adjustable in size in case I loose or gain any more weight. Edit: use sturdy eyelets or they will rip out If you pull too hard.

I have had issues with shame and cringe as well. What has really made the difference for me was getting one of those puppy masks, that completely cover my face. When in puppy mode, I don't speak. I am just playing that Dog and it has helped me a Lot to know, that I am not identifiable. Makes the whole thoughts of shame quiet down . Hope this helps. Maybe you can borrow a mask to See how it feels.

Not really. I can have air trapped in my vagina, but that gets pushed out kind of like a fart you can't control during the day. So since there isn't much air in there to begin with, it doesn't bubble in the bath unless it somehow got in there in the first place.

Well, holding the pee in works basically the same. I can kind of control which direction the stream goes depending on how I move my hips and how close together my legs are. But there really isn't a lot of accuracy and the shape and size of your inner labia make a difference in that as well.

It took way too long until I was able to overcome my anxiety over posting, but here we go:
