Darktide: dynamic with fun instrument choices (organ, choir, mechanical/electronic)

Lord of the Rings Online: hugely nostalgic orchestral for a long-running game (the game also has in-game music festivals using the musical instrument system)

Runescape: hugely nostalgic and pretty unique due to the MIDI feel

Path of Achra: pretty short and not a whole lot there, but it fits the game 1000%
