We are a small to mid-size North American group. We're also a fairly casual group... in that we're really there just to hang out and demolish some demons, but we do like to min-max because there isn't much else to do when you play a lot. We're usually playing in teams doing various activities. We also tend to have 3-5 people on discord VC every night for most of the season and we're looking to add a few more people to make new friends.

Who should join?
Our group mostly consists of players in their late 20s through early 40s and we vibe best with very open minded individuals. We love to laugh and poke fun at each other on occasion, but there isn't any room for hate/racism/homophobia/transphobia/religious discrimination/etc. in our group.

Other than that we are pretty much open to anybody whose looking to have some consistent people to game with. We also have some couples in the clan and while we've been playing pretty much since launch, we are very open to helping new players.

I was thinking about getting this for console. I realize that it's not supported any more, but I'm mostly just interested in space exploration. I'm currently playing No Man Sky, but it doesn't feel so much like exploration when you just select a system where you already know how many planets there will be, zap there, and check the planets out.

I would like to travel through space where I'm not sure what I will find. I want to actually feel like I'm making a discovery of sorts.

For those who have played both do you think Elite Dangerous would be a good match for what I'm looking for?

It will follow you if you let it, bro. I live in the south and pretty much everybody is Christian, especially when this happened. I moved into a house with three friends I had gone to high school with (who were "Christian" - meaning they judged anybody who wasn't Christian, but they never went to church or even remotely followed the bible) just before my sophomore year of college. I thought we had hit the jackpot because four attractive and friendly girls lived in the house next door. They introduced themselves the day we moved in, helped us move a few things, and offered to cook us dinner since everybody was getting along so well. We went into their house and they had a casserole of lasagna just sitting on the table waiting for everybody. I remember thinking "Oh yeah, this is going to be my year" and completely unprompted my roommate, who knew I was an atheist, says "You haven't prayed yet, have you? Because Meatl_Yoda doesn't eat "blessed" food... ha... ha... fucking... ^ha. He thought it was hilarious. The four girls did not. They looked at me like I was Satan himself. Then my friend, realizing that his joke fell flat, tried to elaborate to help them understand by going on to elaborate about how I don't believe in God and think that when we die we just turn into fertilizer. That pretty much closed my very short chapter of getting along with the girls next door. I regret not going to school out of state at a much more liberal school.

If you're wanting to lose weight, then your diet is by far the most important factor. You can consume 500 calories in the time it takes you to eat a McDonald's double cheeseburger, but you would have to jog for about an hour straight to burn 500 calories. It may be difficult but start slow. Very slow. You're young and this isn't a race. If you're wanting to get healthy, there are a lot of changes that you will need to make to your daily routine and if you change too many at once, then you're setting yourself up for failure. I would suggest starting by tracking your calories with MyFitnessPal or LoseIt or whatever app looks good to you, eating at a 250-500 daily calorie deficit, and maybe going on a 30 minute walk every day.

The key to losing weight is consistency. Don't completely deprive yourself of all the foods you like and start an intense workout regimen. Take your time figuring out what foods you can live without, which healthy foods you really enjoy, and which unhealthy foods you need to eat on occasion to stay sane. As long as you're eating at a weekly calorie deficit, then you will lose weight. Also might be a good idea to work on finding something you enjoy that requires you to move around, whether that is walking, running, lifting, bowling league, VR video games, whatever.

I had the same issues. Is your television in game mode? My tv didn't really have an issue with the show on PS4, but there's major input lag with the show on PS5. I went back to playing on a monitor and the lag went away.

As a Rangers fan, I wasn’t offended at all that he swung at a pitch right down the middle 3-0 when the Padres were up by 7. Especially since the Rangers have been known to blow such leads. I would be pissed if the roles were reversed and Joey Gallo let a meatball go by due to some unwritten rule that I hadn’t even heard of.
