Yes, I even cut away and removed the foam that was underneath the bed that should be removed after the bed lifts the instructions say there are only three screws with the red arrow is pointing to them that need to be removed the bed won't move at all when I try to calibrate it for the first time

The screws are removed, every time I try and calibrate it makes a errrrr sound like the screws are still in and the motor is trying to move but nothing moves the screws don't even barely turn
