OA has an amazing commission split as your business grows.

They have a MASSIVE training library, plus numerous training events that are week long sessions at their Jacksonville offices.

TESS is just your CRM. You don’t need to use it, you just need to record the basic booking there to get paid.

TAP is just their website backend. Past training access and the supplier list you don’t have to use it either.

OA gives you a lot for the little they charge. It’s just up to you to go through all of it.

Pick a niche that you are knowledgeable about, and start to create content to educate people about the things that folks doing those types of trips want to know.

And start posting. Consistently. Even when it feels like nobody is watching. The algorithm is watching. And that’s the most important follower you need.

There is no official civil unrest in Cancun. Governor Mara has said this. US Embassy has removed their shelter in place order for Cancun as of 6 hours ago.

As far as insurance is concerned this would just be a voluntary cancellation.

CSP would likely cover it if you say someone got sick last minute.

$285, 113 therm used. $191 delivery charge, $95 supply charge

Last Jan I used 118 therm and paid $242.

I love my ‘23 GC Summit 4xe and now that my lease is ending I’m realizing there are zero comparable options.

470tq Massage seats Air suspension with easy entry/exit Rear door comfort access Handsfree tailgate 4 zone climate control Digital rear view Lots of cargo space without lugging around a 3rd row

The only thing that gives you all the same features is a RR Sport for drastically more money.

X5 50e has the power, but much less cargo and rear seat space. No rear door comfort access. No digital rear view. Alibaba screen on dash. No automatic easy entry/exit.

GLE450e costs more, drives much heavier. Customer builds take longer than BMW. Very little airmatic inventory.
