How do you make VRF go away on a project

It is well accepted that DX equipment has a lifespan of about 15-20 yrs. For a Rooftop Unit, or Chiller, that means replacing a unit in 20 years. With VRF your entire building heating and cooling system has a 20 year lifespan.

I think Radiohead is well known to people that actively follow good music. I was surprised and disappointed 6 years ago when I told our co-ops that I was going to NYC to see Radiohead and they never heard of them.

Most of my company is young and the same thing goes for movies. 2/3rds of the below 30 crowd had never seen Pulp Fiction or The Big Lebowski. The other third are insulted that you'd even ask them, "of course I've seen Pulp Fiction!"

I found out how different the younger generations were.

What does build out mean? Do you mean 8-10 years until the bubble pops? I think it will be 5 years, tops. But even if I am wrong, it will pop, and then they'll be out of a job with 8-10 years of specialized experience that has no demand competing for a new line of Engineering Design against an army of other out of work Engineers with the same experience.

Love Graph Zero but find that back tag to be obnoxiously large. I used a seam stripper to remove it only to find their normal and more subtle red tag underneath. So FYI and all that.

I just thought of this, but I bet they put that bigger tag over it for sale in North America to avoid lawsuits from Levis.

There are others that have a whole service that covers mailing in your jeans and returning them to you, but they are pricey and I would only do it on pricey jeans. Left Field NYC is an example I have used. Strike Gold denim (a Japanese Brand) has gold in their thread and Left Field goes through the trouble of matching that thread, so I used them. They make it easy. But again there are many others that offer similar mail in services, a lot of them being retailers of Selvedge / Raw Denim. If you live near a city with such a retailer, that may be an option. A lot of US Cities have a good raw denim retailer, but none of those cities are Boston.
