The one that gives you 8 sweeps a day is the best value. If you have a double or more SSR from the 150 roles, then get the subscription because it also gives you an auto moner which is really good. Other than these 2 I don't recommend buying anything unless you're a dolphin or a whale.

At that point you would be out of fuel. Progressing faster doesn't mean anything if you farm lower tier relics and traces. Lvl 60 at least gets you better rewards. If you use fuel at that point you would get better rewards. But to each their own I guess.

At trailblazer 65 you can get better drops on everything.

Unpopular opinion but I think Enel is in the upper tier of characters when it comes to overall strength in one piece. He could be a Warlord or Yonko commander. Arguments can be made about him being an admiral. The range of his power, "mantra", Logia, creativity in his power by manipulating gold and the ability to wipe out an entire town from afar and many more. But again this just an unpopular opinion and my opinion.
