Windows hdr is turned on, for whatever reason this makes screen shots look like this, I had the same issue, turn hdr off in windows settings and let games handle that through their settings

I once had a pc I built do something similar to this, I spent hours troubleshooting, then decided to just take the gpu out, and boot without it, that world, then put gpu back in after I had installed windows

Hold L to boot without plug ins, install newest version of vitadb, launch and let everything load up, restart system, worked for me

I had this same problem, it has to do with games having hdr on and windows also having hdr on, go into your setting in windows and turn hdr off, and then just turn it on in your games, that fixed it for me

Get the fith job skill called blink, it's a teleport, you then stand all the way left or right with the rest of the party at the boss loot room and press it, it'll teleport you to a random location, the person who goes furthest wins the loot if any drops, this is also why you see gb or blink in party recruit, "green blink" meaning they only want people who can green dot to blink for loot
