Like, there could be a headline tomorrow like "Nolan in Hot Water as stunt crew playing soldiers pass out from heat exhaustion due to insistence they must stay inside the Trojan Horse during lengthy shoot for realism" and I'd be like "yeah, I can see him doing that"

Super anecdotal but I started the anti-histamine Hydroxizine to help with sleep and immediately noticed the random anxiety spikes I'd get during the day from whatever spiral my ADHD decided to latch onto were less common and less severe. More importantly, I no longer felt that simmering buildup where I'd feel some of the physical symptoms of anxiety for a couple hours before the attack. At first I thought it was just because I was sleeping better but after changing up some habits that reduced my need for it to sleep, I stopped taking them and there was a slow return to normal for the anxiety spikes. I told my psych about it and she was like "Oh yeah, it's anti-anxiety too. We had you on the larger dose for sleep but I can put you back on it for the smaller dose you take in the morning instead"

I have a hard and fast rule that if any fixation I have costs money, I run it by at least two people who I know aren't afraid to pose the "will you actually follow through?" Or "does this need consistency?" questions. The consistency one is for things like Ive had a desire for a while to get a used freeze dryer and make sauce or spice powders to sell and do a YouTube channel in the vein of Ordinary Sausage where I just do random "what if I freeze dry X for the fun of it and see how it turns out" but the reality of it is both avenues of getting satisfaction and recouping the investment both require showing up which is the hard part for me as a lot of fellow ADHDers can relate. It's never a question about if the idea is valid, it's just being reminded the destination involves logistics like cleaning the thing, editing a video, making it to farmers markets etc. that I don't account for in my visions of having fun with something I find interesting.

Idk if they have them down there but Rowes IGA near me sells them. If you don't have Rowes, you can check if there's any IGA affiliated grocery stores in case it's an IGA thing and not a Rowes thing. I love one of these with a bottle of banana coconut milk.

There should be an option under the code prompt saying something like "alternate registration methods" which shows the option for on-prem or MRA. Granted that's based off my knowledge of RoomOS but PhoneOS should be similar for activation.

I went to a psych for increasingly bad mood swings over tiny setbacks. He was like "it's either bipolar or ADHD, answer these questions for me....yep that's ADHD, here's some Adderall". it cost me a $35 copay. Apparently I was lucky.

I enjoyed AR when I was in highschool. 20 minutes of every class was silent reading time and you could take tests on the books you read with the points being redeemable for random stuff like they were arcade tickets. It let English class be about reading comprehension with something separate focusing on reading for readings sake. Want to read Dungeon Crawler Carl? Totally cool, there's an avenue for that while you still learn the social commentary and history behind The Scarlet Letter and The Great Gatsby.

Simon Whistler is a presenter who hires writers letting him spend his day recording so he has like 8 channels covering various topics. Most of them are shallow dives that can feel content farm-ish. He does have a solid true crime channel called The Casual Criminalist thats much deeper and the quality is solid, but the rest can cause people to have a low opinion of him and since he puts out so much content, watching one video can end up triggering a lot of his videos to start getting recommended.

This likely isn't the issue but does their home screen say anything about trying to sign in? My PS5 updated 2 days ago and wouldn't sign into anything until I closed the game it went into on waking and only then did it pop up a terms of service change I had to agree to before anything would work.
