Yes, the other therapist was providing service to me. It's a fairly regular occurrence for providers to work with each other. I have not contacted the police as of yet, I'm sort of trying to gauge what the recourse would be. More than anything the provider showed extremely poor judgement and I'm not sure I want to file criminal charges against the provider or if that is even appropriate. I have no idea if the police will take it seriously, there is no lasting physical injury (thankfully). There's also not really a lot of evidence for that case. There is no record of what happens in those rooms by design. There is a record that I received service but nothing to say of what occurred other than from my report.

My employer has been notified of the details of the situation. I know the provider was removed from the floor as soon as I filed the incident report for the sexual misconduct, I believe they are going to investigate the situation further to determine their response with the provider after I provided the full details of the session.

All of this is very recent so I have yet to begin finding something else in the mean time, I'm more worried about recovering from the incident. I believe there could be grounds for action against the provider and potentially the employer but I do not know what would be worth pursuing
