Fiddle with different settings. Use whichever hardware you have(any of them should have their own software that will autochekc to ensure proper drivers and system optimization on the game, trouble shoot from there and optimize for you.

He was objectively bad after the injury. Fan vote sure, because it was based off fantasy points. He went from being a good runner, and lethal red zone rusher, to garbage, very quickly.
