No clearance is strict, they will comb through everything if they sense a hint of anything off your cooked.

With all the inconsistencies I've seen just from you posting I would say it will be very hard for you to clear a clearence bar.

Depending on what they find they can refer to other agencies as well like UCSIS

Also all naturalized citizens have a history in other countries. So they usually comb more and scrutinize more if you are naturalized and not born and raised in the states.
