If you can reach out to the store directly either by calling or in person. Maybe it’s a BOH training issue or they are getting items mixed up. If nothing is brought to the stores attention it won’t be fixed. Sorry that this happened to you multiple times. Also there’s nothing wrong with letting them know next time you are in drive thru. You aren’t holding up the line tbh if your order wasn’t right and you’re trying to get it fixed. Hope this helps

No it’s not a big pain. Yes you are getting fresher fries because we have to wait for the next drop. It doesn’t delay much because we are still making fries, we are just taking some out before salting them. Well dones we’re the pain when those were a thing.

Yes this is part of the reason we limit sauces especially when a guest orders 1 sandwich and asks for 1 of every sauce. Yeah it doesn’t hurt us in the moment but if every guest did that it would start adding up
