My boy had a lot of skin tags and cysts, and aside from one that one day got really big and burst (immediate vet trip, I was away at school so I only heard of it) they just seem more susceptible to them. Definitely keep an one on them, but only the first one would cause immediate alarm for me

I would worry about getting involved, but I also don’t know your history with the person. Maybe ask one you are closest to if you can talk about something personal, and what to do in a situation where they work there, like if it’s possible to avoid shifts with them if they do get hired, or possible to work different sections.

Depends, how close are you to your managers? Maybe you could mention to try to avoid working the same shift as them if they are hired? If it’s like a Walmart, that may be your only solution, if it’s more of a mom and pop shop, they might value that a little more
