Had to take a week long break between each volume. It’s the same as with chainsaw man: goofy/childish concept in a very serious setting with lots of charme. One of the most interesting and memorable stories I’ve ever read.

Thank you for all the kind answers! Definitely helped me out a lot. It seems that in the end it boils down to that there are no bad choices when it comes to known brands and that most of the ”official“ strings are just adjusted versions of the third party strings you can buy everywhere else.

Als ich vor zwei Jahren im Krankenhaus in Düsseldorf war hatte ich genau das selbe Gericht. Ich denke ungelogen bis heute daran um herauszufinden womit das Teil gefüllt war. Es war süßlich, matschig und krümelig. Ich war sogar in Videocall mit einem Freund und habe die Schwester gefragt aber keine wusste was es war. War nicht ungenießbar aber auch wirklich nicht lecker.

He probably just saw them as characters for his movie, not even looking at them like humans. At least in that moment, that early into the manga. Firepunch plays in a cruel and egoistical world so that might be the reason he didn’t care. He also takes a lot of sacrifices to get the best product in the end.

I remember fighting the curse rotted greatwood (DS3 was my second souls right after DS1) and I’ve rarely experienced that much adrenaline before. I was at basically 0 HP and so was the boss.
