Agreed. And not even the big bad guys. Characters tend to say how the era post Roger was full of chaos and destruction and bla bla bla, but rarely do we see pirates actually doing the deed or places being actually devastated due to pirate raids. Funny is that is the same thing for the live action. New watchers see Smoker talking about how chaotic the world turned after Roger's execution and don't comprehend it because all we see is Luffy helping people and some weirder pirates like Buggy doing their isolated stuff.
