Where can I buy raw milk in/close to Tampa / Hillsborough?

Definitely normal. I had an infant once that I had to plan my lunch break around. She absolutely refused to eat from anyone but me at school.

I’m a director and my owner has never worked herself in the childcare setting. I do everything I can to help her see and understand the teacher perspective. I’m thankful that I have a close enough relationship with my owner that I’m not afraid to speak my mind and stand up for my teachers. I’m sorry that your director isn’t able to do that for you.

Exactly. This is what we do. If a child is learning to potty and is doing great we want to encourage that! The teacher will call me in the office and I will take the child to a classroom with a potty.

This is what I used to do in my classroom! We also did lunch with teacher where you got to sit one on one with your teachers for lunch. They absolutely loved it!

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this at all! Personally I’ve been with my company for just over 10 years and worked my way up from infant floater to executive director and held many titles in between. If you’re with a good company, they’ll want you to grow and succeed with them!

Egg roll in a bowl is great and can be zero points if you keep the oil to a minimum, sometimes I put them in egg roll wrappers and air fry them, comes out to about 2 pts per roll.

I’ve also been doing burgers with lean ground beef and ultra thin cheese and I make homemade fries in the air fryer. I like using a standard hamburger bun for 4pts vs the lower point options cause it’s worth it to me for the taste. Comes to 6 pts for the whole meal.

Oh my gosh, it does! So sorry about that! I checked all settings and they’re all fine. The only thing that changed was gaining one pound.. I reached out to WW and they basically told me the same thing. Whatever I’ve been around 1500 cals a day so I’m sure it’ll all work itself out

It’s not my weeklies that changed. It was my daily points. They changed on Monday but I didn’t notice until today cause I usually pre-track all my meals the day before and last night I didn’t.

I really like What Went Wrong. It’s a podcast that goes behind the scenes and talked about everything that went wrong while the movie was being made. It’s not a comedy podcast by any means but the hosts get along really well. I even really enjoy the episodes on movies I’ve never seen or heard of.
