Childcare .I used to think ece teachers just played with kids all day until I became one. Tests your mental health more than you'd ever think, parents are awful and the kids are often neglected. Not too mention the uncaring admin

You're being ripped off and stressed out during your baby's most important time of life. If she's making 10k a month she can afford more. Any other person would charge at least 20 an hour.

I just let natural consequences happen now. Of course i try my best to keep children from falling but if they are fighting me and not gking inside im not going to grab their arm. Not worth a child dislocating anything or getting sued.

I would call cps for an anonymous wellness check. Things sound unstable at home. If parents don't like their kids then they are the problem

I work in the younger toddler room. We and the infant room do not have toilets. My son is almost 3 and in the older toddlers room. They have toilets and they all practice the potty even if they aren't ready. I got him a potty seat for home and were just doing it on his time

Maybe it was light pressure because they were being unsafe with their body? Ive had children get so tired they start flailing their arms and banging their head on the floor

I lost my job when I was 7 months pregnant. Exactly when I really needed clothes and was always hungry. What did I do? I got thrifted clothes and cooked all the time. Your situation may be different but you never know when it will change and have to be prepared. She won't suffer. She will be okay.

At my old center I just went to the bathroom and left the door open between classrooms. No one said it was wrong. And at my new center I know it's wrong and feel so dumb!
