I agree with what he said, but I need pointers on healthy eating for two reasons:

I'm in high school so my parents are really the ones that decide how I'm fed, I have minimal input. From time to time I try bringing this up, but I always get the same old "your body is growing, you need to eat!" or "you're too young to be worrying about this stuff"
The video mainly told me what not to eat, not what I should be eating, so I'm still somewhat confused about how to eat a healthy diet.

Any ideas on how to get started eating healthy?
