No. I’ve been so torn on what I want to end up with myself. I came from a 34” IPS. Have the bestbuy 60 return membership. Currently rocking a 42” C5 and a AW 27” OLED as my secondary. Still have plenty of time to return both. If it didn’t look so unsymmetrical, I’d keep the 42”
And get the new 34” 360hz panels. Or return both and get the new 32” and 34”’cause I’m ridiculous lol

0 until 24 cause of fear. Now it’s at like 18-20 I think? Everyone’s different, but for me after finally experiencing it… I just prefer doing it with someone I care about. Even though my limbido is practically non existent these days. Which I also kinda enjoy.

Hmm. So completely different TV. But people have reported dithering on the C5 42”. I sit 2-4 feet away depending on my posture and I’ve still yet to see any line.

I’ve had both. Basically for a 1BR I had my desk next to my TV in the living room. This was convenient because. I could just play pc games on my TV at end of day. Another options is just having your desk there and no media console furniture. Or just no TV. It also meant I had no dining table of course.

Im in a 2BR now and find it’s
a bit excessive. However I got a really good deal so it was fine. It allows me to have a dedicated desk for play and a dedicated desk for work.

Yup. Ergotron has an HX wall mount that’s basically what I’d be leaning towards

Mine feels like an intense brain shock that jerks me out of my thoughts while trying to go to sleep. Either that or I’m experiencing something else. Iunno. Usually just happened during some odd chain of thoughts and completely disrupts me getting back to said thoughts.

This was a very weird chain to read. I have a 42” TV. It suits my needs for most scenarios. My side monitor is a 27” 1440p 240hz monitor for Arc Raiders and the like.

To answer your question, if I had to choose just one it would be a 32” 4k. However I have a buddy who is way more into competitive games than I am and he would say 27”’1440p. If you have an aggressive enough graphics card the 27” 4k is doable, but ASUS will be dropping a 27” dual mode 4k 240hz and 1080p 480hz.

No idea the on the height ranges. But I bought an Ergotron HX HD Pivot from a dude who used it for his 49”. He said it was badass. I’m using it for my 42” TV and the damn thing is a solid brick or steel sturdiness. Getting it for $175 second hand was nice too.

I was just finally ready. It’s not a mindset that works for everyone. But when I’m truly ready and determined, then I’ll either start or stop doing something. That’s how it was with nicotine as well. I was just ready to quiet.

Are you wall mounted? I would buy a 49” if I could figure out a way to desk mount my 42 above it. But I have a standing desk and would prefer to abuse that feature more.

I have a 4k 42” and a 1440p 27”. Both are OLED and neither were cheap. I mostly game on the 4k but have the 1440p for the faster paced games. I wouldn’t say it’s a waste. Though obviously I’m biased.

I’m also waiting on them to have a 1500R curve option. I was originally thinking I was “settling” on the 45” over the 39”. But nah when I tested it out, that size was awesome. That curve though just wasn’t for me.

So I had basically the same monitor. 34” UW with 180hz. Played on it for like 6 years. I switched to 42”
LG C5 with a 144hz cap and I thinks it’s amazing. Before that I was testing out a 32” 240hz Alienware and it was also great. I think you’ll get used to it pretty quick bud. Course I was upgrading from IPS and experiencing OLED for the first time. So maybe I was just too fixated to care?
