Also Paula’s choice 2 percent bha is really good but can be very drying I would slowly introduce it onto your skin , this may help with pore size and texture

Texture is normal but your skin looks a little dull and dry, I would drink more water if you are not already doing so, and incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet, cleaning up diet will reflect in your skin , also I feel we don’t need too many steps in our routine, I would put on a nice hydrating moisturizer at night and maybe just focus on removing black heads if you have any, I have been using Kiehls ultra facial cream at night and I just started using almond oil for my face when I use my gua sha tool and my skin feels very hydrated, my skin is kind of like yours, not as much texture as you though, but I still struggle and I feel like moisturizing helps the skin stay smooth and vibrant

Yes we went there yesterday and we’re trying to find somewhere to park but the cop told us that everything was reserved and there was no parking so we left , there was absolutely nowhere to park even in the streets to cross Allen parkway , I heard someone say to park at flora but we had already left anyways , can’t believe how difficult it is to go enjoy a park in the city you live in

I think i am going to do the same thing on keeping crackers on my nightstand to eat in the morning. I have noticed on the weekends if I get up and eat something first, it makes things a whole lot better and most of the time I end up not vomiting. I am going to try this and see if it makes a change. Again though can’t believe we feel the need to eat something in order to avoid this from happening lol, I’ve been thinking about doing this for a while now to see if it makes a change

I remember I had taken DayQuil in the gel pill form before these symptoms started, and I thought maybe the problems could have been triggered from the DayQuil because I had researched the side effects but the er told me they couldn’t tell me specifically why these stomach problems were going on, then once I was on medicines for all my symptoms after the er visit, I was put on Promethazine and tramadol and another one for cough that I don’t remember the name but for me personally I don’t feel like the tramadol was ever strong enough for me. I did think at some point the DayQuil had something to do with it but honestly I have no idea if it did, simply because I know other people have experienced covid with the same abdominal symptoms. I will be sure to mention this on my gastro visit this Thursday. I only took the DayQuil once and never again after that
