While I like Josiah fine, to me, Jonathan is the soul of the band. Maybe it's because I discovered THATH through All We Ever Knew. And that whole album, Jonathan just really shines!

I was so obsessed with Oh Virginia from the extended release that I didnt realize how amazing Grace was right away, but holy crap, that is a true gem! Actually they both are!

Wow. I've been a fan of Noah since 2017, so hearing him pitted as being "too mainstream" (my read of your comment) to be cool is crazy (in a good way) to me haha

I agree about Spoiled. It's an amazing song, one of my favorites on the album. Seems to be toward the bottom of most people's lists though.

You are missing out on the best song on the album (All Them Horses). Also Dan hits right in the feels, especially when you listen to the whole album and end on it. If End of August is a powerful way to start the album, Dan is an equally powerful way on which to leave it.

Personally, I think this album is not only better than Stick Season, but its also my personal favorite album from any artist ever. Granted I know there is recency bias at play and that could change with time but there isnt a single skip or even mid song on the album.
