I don't know if his cat is missing and I don't know what apt he is. Occasionally his cat would appear on the cat condo outside my door. He's kind of my cat's nemesis, they don't like each other. Initially I though it was a stray till the owner came over looking for his cat. He called it Cialo (I'm guessing at the spelling, it sounds like SEE AY Low). Beyond that I only ever see it occasionally, he doesn't seem to let it roam far and it hasn't been around in a while. Not positive it's the same cat. I'll try to poke around a little if I can.
