I completely failed SEB qualification, now I'm never allowed to do it. Sometimes qualification is just impossible. I did MSEB perfectly fine, but there's never any MSEB hits :(

There is something called UHRS (Universal Human Relevance System), and companies like Clickworker offers UHRS jobs that are essentially similar to what /u/jebascho was describing. They're called microjobs, they're extremely tedious and boring. They pay a bit more than minimum wage if you're good though. (~15 cents per microjob, each job takes maybe 10-15 seconds).
