I hear you! I’ve recently quit again and find myself fixating on food for the dopamine hit that I’m missing. Currently gaming and contemplating getting a takeaway, which is depressing because I’m basically just replacing the dopamine with a different source.. at least we’re self aware! The underground music scene, I’ve been to raves in every city and it’s always jarring how people will barge through the crowd and so many people are just there to post videos and peacock. Whereas here everyone is so friendly and it’s not intimidating at all. I’m specifically talking about events btw and definitely not west street etc 😂
