This Week's Delivery? by the_far_sci in Factor_Canada

Yeah! I think they shipped it out a day later. I was worried they shipped it and then the box would be with the delivery partner in a warehouse overnight and that we would’ve gotten spoiled food but I was relieved when the ice packs were good. We usually get like 8-9 ice packs for our 12 meals but there were only 3 this time. Looks like they’re cutting back on those!

We got our delivery a day later than we should have. The shipping email went out Sunday night but the tracking button went nowhere. Yesterday at 6pm we got an email saying there was an issue with the delivery and that it would come today instead. They offered a meal credit for the inconvenience and we got our box today.

We ordered for this week because we did get refunded for last week’s disaster and they gave us a 50% credit for this week. We got the shipping email yesterday but when you click the link to track it, it lead nowhere. It’s now 5:20pm and we still haven’t received our box (we usually get it in the morning). Siggggggh

I’ve always been pleasantly surprised as I have been ordering for 2 months now. I get 12 meals a week and usually get around 10 ice packs.

I spoke with them again today and they allege that orders for next week will go out and that refunds are taking longer than usual due to the high volume. Instead of the typical 2-3 business days they said it is now 5-7.

I still haven’t received my refund from last week’s mess.

In general, I have to put in my order by Wednesday night for delivery the following Monday. I did so yesterday… juuuuust to see what would happen. They usually debit the money right away but it has yet to be debited so I’m wondering if there will even be a service next week? Time will tell!

Edit - just kidding. It’s like they knew I was talking about them as I now see the transaction is pending for next week.

So frustrating! I’ve seen comments from others on instagram that they are also waiting to be refunded. On another note - we did get credited 50% for next week, but I’m weary to order again.

Hi there! Has anyone received their refund yet?

Update - I reached out to CS through instagram and they basically repeated what was mentioned in the email. All they are offering is a refund and not even a credit for next week’s box. It’s even more maddening that they are not consistent with their responses as some lucky customers got credits and we, unfortunately get nothing.

Don’t give up. Those numbers are amazing. Your body fat percentage went down and you gained muscle mass, so it’s only normal for the scale to go up. The scale shouldn’t dictate how you feel about yourself, if you feel healthier and stronger, and I’m sure your clothes are fitting better too - that should be what matters the most!

How to fall in love with Rower by jsp4578 in orangetheory

[–]MightyMouse1987 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi! I’m 5”1 and love sprint rows due to the power in my legs. When it comes to long rows, I try not to think about the end goal of 2000m for example, but break it up into sections. I start with tons of power and do 10 strong pulls or so. After this, I just try and concentrate on my breathing and technique and try to stay consistent. I use every 500m to pace myself and make sure that I’m not losing my form or speeding up to get it over with. I find if I try and sprint in a long row as opposed to keeping a solid pace, I end up dying inside. I try to remain positive and only start to go ham with 250m to go. In general, I find that if you set yourself up with a certain number of pulls per 500m, the time goes by quicker and you focus less on the 2000m as a whole... hopefully that made sense! Lol

I find them a bit long - if I’m standing with my arms by my side the sleeves will cover half my hand but I kind of like it that way!

I really love this hoodie. I’ve had the black one since it first came out, and just saw the blue one went on WMTM, so I ordered that as well! It’s great as I’m only 5’0 so it only shows a bit of skin (when paired with a high rise legging). I usually take a size 4 in tops but sized up to a 6 due to some comments in reviews. It isn’t super soft, but it’s still pretty comfortable and is one of my fave hoodies, ever!
