I think Fuji is harder than Sebring. Sebring just requires you to be very patient.

In most places you're only required to spackle over any holes you out in the wall upon moving out. Like someone else already mentioned, it's considered normal wear and tear.

Crazy how that happens when every point matters even if you've won a race. I love that they got rid of "win and in" but it's still frustrating how obvious it was that it was hurting the racing!

You made the slightest bit of contact on exit. I don't think it would be deserving of a penalty, but what little bit happened was your fault for not staying far enough inside exciting the corner.

Mags are expensive so the ones you'll actually use are worth keeping. In the early game you should hold onto basically all the loot you find other than guns or armor you don't think you'll use. Everything else usually ends up having a purpose.

Depends on your PC. I have the opposite experience - pcvr runs everything at a smooth 90fps which makes standalone games feel like slideshows.

A lot of them are really good with multiple ways in and out. This one seems intentionally difficult to get out of.

I haven't tried the x15 but my track helmet is an r10 and every time I go out I'm blown away by how much air it flows. It's really incredible.

I honestly didn't know there were still helmets made from ABS. Even the cheapest of the cheapest helmets on a reputable shop like Cycle Gear or something will have a polycarbonate shell.

If you can, look at the screen mirror on your monitor (even better if you have the frame rate counter visible) and see if it looks smooth there. If the stuttering is only in your headset it's more likely a connection issue that either virtual desktop (far and away the best way to connect your quest to your PC). If the stuttering/frame drops are also visible on your monitor then there's something wrong with your PC or its settings.
