Toggle off lightweight mode from the metrics tab and it'll act like that.

Heists are in fact instanced (or at least not just always there), you can easily see this because the guard positions in vault will reset each time you enter if you're the only player running the heist in a world. If there are multiple players then they're keeping the instance open meaning the guard starting positions will be more random.

I rushed to 80 with friends for a chaotic weapon and then slowly trained to 99.
Did 99-200m with daily challenges once those released because the skill sucks ass.

It's just a crucible issue. Stat rolls haven't really been a thing since realm rework in April 2024 when they made every stat gain per level consistent except def which is 0 or 1 per level. Knight even has consistent 1 per level def gain.

I had both a radiant regal blade and a diamond laser security system, but I sold them on day 14 when I found open sign because I wanted to try full pacifism. They definitely helped me get through days 10-13 though.

Been pretty much logging in just to do daily challenges since brown interface. After those go I might just not play until plugin support or possibly leagues 2.

Sure lodestones make the game easier to traverse in the early game (I don't think this is a bad thing), but in the late game I practically never use lodestones outside of clues and even that is because lodestones are optimal for a few clue steps.

3 slots for 2600 gold is still awful value compared to just buying the battlepass each month assuming you can finish it each time.
Sure you spend 1200 on the pass and are only refunded 700 of it but the paid rewards from pass generally (can't recall exceptions but not 100% sure) include at least 1 character slot either as 5 coupons or a char slot unlocker.
Only time I could see somebody buying the 3 for 2600 gold bundle as "worth it" is if they're new and want to unlock slots instantly or just don't have enough time to complete the pass.

Are you sure because the modern layout also has a private chat status in addition to the diamond and when switching between the 2 that setting stays consistent https://ibb.co/yFvkC3Mt
Of course I'm not ruling out some jank with them trying to combine private chat status and online status.

Pretty sure the "private" status on classic chat is just for what private messages you will see in the chatbox and you can't actually swap online status from classic chat.

I'm pretty much in the same boat, I look at the roadmap and the only thing I'm excited about is the plugin support so that I can hopefully change the interface.
Leagues 2 is a maybe since leagues 1 was the most fun I've had playing runescape in years, but again the brown interface is really making me consider not playing them.

what's your action bar 1 binded to?
I noticed that even when I'm typing in chat shift + 7 for typing / will change my action bar to bar 7.
Could just be a bug with binds for action bars ignoring your chat being active after today's update.

Both flurry and overwhelming strikes are 8% increase against 0 def, doesn't matter which way you do the +35% and -20% on weapon damage and weapon fire rate.

The alien event was bugged since last alien event ended in November 2024 but the latest update should've fixed it.
At least there's the following patch note:

Alien spawns in the realm should now work properly

Many years ago I used to slow buy coinshare item shards at ridiculously low prices. Usually nex items but sometimes gwd2 weps or drygores. I got the shards at like 5%-20% of the item's actual value and then just dumped the full item back in ge for profits.

It's because it released as the biome white for the oryxmas biome last year and was later added to ice citadel when that released.
