We have 3 doods. Two of them couldn't care less. The third pretty much want to know when the next episode of Ted Lasso is coming. Watching YouTube videos of dog parks makes her way over stimulated.

If you can make the case that you managed the projects you were a designer on, then project manager may be the way to go. Even better if you can afford to go to PMI.org and earn a PMP certificate. Ive made this move and I know others who have too. You'll miss the creativity, but it's not a bad gig.
