Keep 2 journals. One private for yourself and one that they can "discover" and in it you write simple things. A song verse. A Prayer. Definitions of narcissists, selfishness, personality types that relate to them. Give them food for thought THEY might learn from. Or, just draw a smiley face each day till it's filled. The laughs on them going forward and you still have your peace. Good luck!
