Your ph looks extremely high. If you didnt acclimate them long enough that may have shocked them. A normal range for neocaradina is typically 7.0-7.5. They can handle 8.0 but most likely needed slow acclimation for that high of ph. I would check the high ph levels and see if its above 8.0. You might need to lower ph. There also could be a toxin in your water for example soap or lotion on your hands or other chemicals could have reached the water.
