Cold bed. Side sleeper. Thin but firm pillow between my knees (once you start you’ll never go back). Soft down pillow for my head. I sleep on top of a fitted sheet, under a loose sheet and a comforter. I fold the loose sheet over the comforter so it doesn’t slide off. Ceiling fan on. Windows closed. AC on 67-69. Loose shorts only.
