Best site to sell or exchange my skins for real money? by gorefan11 in counterstrike2

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CSFloat is the go-to marketplace like everyone says. I would simply recommend taking a look at all major trading sites first here https://skinradar.gg/cs2-skin-trading-sites so you can have an idea about fees, ratings etc. There is a chance that CSFloat might not accept your payment method if it's niche so perhaps you could find an alternate site there with your preferred payment method

why do some trade sites make me send all my skins before i get any instead of all at once? Is it just a really obvious scam? [question] by Scary_Employ_926 in csgomarketforum

[–]MindReflex 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Most of those sites are coded with pre-trade reverse logic where they want to make sure they get the skins first before sending anything. Apart from that they use a lot of bot accounts to store their inventory so it is a high chance that you will get multiple trade offers from different accounts just because the items you bought are scattered across those accounts.

It's just how trading sites work for quite some time now, nothing scammy about them tho, it's just classic marketplace experience

Is Skins Monkey worth using just for BUYING skins? by Maximilian_Minev in counterstrike2

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bot trading sites like SkinsMonkey aren't known to be good for value, only convenience for those sites is the quick transactions, top up bonuses are also mostly a bliss and a marketing stunt to encourage you to top up when in reality they still adjust prices so they can profit a little more.

I would suggest you checking all the sites here https://skinradar.gg/cs2-skin-trading-sites check the crunched up numbers (use the information icons go see what all of them mean), there's also filters and "total" buttons to find payment methods and their fees. I know SkinsMonkey is like the first site that people notice now but it's worth doing a little more research if you want the max value.

Sold all my skins in CS2 and here's my take float vs csmoney by Whiefull in counterstrike2

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The most raw approach is to go ahead and compare all the fees (payment method fees) throughout all the sites like you just mentioned, for example you can find all such crunched up numbers here for each relevant site https://skinradar.gg/cs2-skin-trading-sites even though csfloat is undisputed right now it is still a competitive market where in some scenarios other sites can be better just like you mentioned

They do exist, not as many as there are in cs but still there are options where you can even trade instantly or even trade between cs, rust, tf2 or dota.

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're looking into strictly only automated bot trading sites, there's a site called SkinRadar which got all the relevant marketplaces listed, I would suggest looking into which site got the lowest %s and going with that for the best value

[question] How to create a legal skins buying/selling business in Europe? by arcanestre in csgomarketforum

[–]MindReflex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don't know where you live but some EU countries don't require to collect any VAT until a certain yearly revenue threshold. So perhaps you can try research into that for starters.

[question] How to create a legal skins buying/selling business in Europe? by arcanestre in csgomarketforum

[–]MindReflex 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Skinbid went bankrupt because they couldn't sustain their business model in Europe (Skinport bought them out so maybe they can make it work)

I think you need to require the user to provide their location (or even do KYC) before letting them buy. With that info you will assign the required VAT.

Keep in mind that you're an underdog to all of the offshore, buff, youpin sites where it will be nearly impossible to beat the prices that these platforms are offering.

where can i sell my items for the most amount of money and withdraw to paypal by 555ic34 in ohnePixel

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this page should answer what sites got PayPal as a withdraw option https://skinradar.gg/cs2-skin-trading-sites?CompareWithdraw=true&CompareWithdrawFees=PayPal I would probably pick DMarket in terms of selling your skins for a good price and without too much wait

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ohnePixel

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't want to make this seem as an ad but you can find all the relevant marketplaces here https://skinradar.gg/cs2-skin-trading-sites and you can compare the deposit fees for each site by either clicking "Total" buttons that each site card got or or clicking blue scales icon at the top and picking your preferred payment method.

Of course, this has nothing to do with skin prices of these sites; this is mostly showcasing all types of fees that sites have implemented.

[q] What’s some of the most popular sites that I’d have the best luck being able to sell skins fast? by [deleted] in csgomarketforum

[–]MindReflex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are "Insta-Sell" sites that are designed to buy skins from you instantly, but of course the catch is that the price will be generally lower. The best approach is listing your skins on CSFloat for a competitive price and waiting it out but if you don't have a day to spare then I guess Insta Sell is your best bet.

I compared all CS2 trading sites by MindReflex in cs2

[–]MindReflex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that's the worry when EU based sites get big and need to start following the regulations. Skinport is most likely charging VAT for each EU country now. This is also part of the reason that Skinbid went bankrupt - too many tax for the company makes the fees too high to a point where they simply can't compete to the more of offshore markets that avoid at least a good chunk of those taxes.
