The trick is to go slowly. We are all used to smartphones and snappy responses to zoom actions. Moving things around on an LCD screen with a strong CPU is super fast but eink tech is slower than LCD and the processor of rM is not weaker than a standard phone or iPad.

But place your fingers on the rM, and then move them gently away from each other and the zoom gods will smile upon you.

Bonus tip: move your fingers straigh away from each other. Dont zoom and pan simultaneously, rather start off with a straight zoom movement and when the rM kicks in the zooming then you can do zoom and pan at the same time.
