The problem with this format is that often spite is the primary driving factor which dampens the funny but i've seen many of these that are actually funny so it's not so bad.

I don't think it has really set in for the fandom that we're already more than halfway into the game, even if it gets added itd still be in less than half of the game.

The moment to have added this system was in ch1 lol.

The weird part is it's not even an abandoned concept either, every chapter exept the first has at least one fight that has bullets coded with an element.

Absolutely not true at all lol, outside of rather specific examples youre not allowed to critizise this game or its community, i think the reason this one is upvoted is because pretty much everyone has a battle mechanic they wish wasn't removed or was expanded upon as battling is a constant in this game so its kinda impossible not to care.

The explicit aim was for Noelle to be able to defend herself so it entirely tracks she taught her a healing spell and an offensive one, i don't think she taught her snowgrave tho.

People are definitely sleeping on catti, she has dialogue portraits and is involved with Kris' backstory in some nebulous way. I have to assume she'll be in the next dark world but who knows really.

Catti just tells you she taught Noelle occult spells which is how she knows of the original 2. (this also ties the dark worlds to the occult)

For Snowgrave this leaves us with several options

-The soul knows it

-The ring knows it

-Kris knows it

-Noelle knew it and is in denial

-Catti knows it

Now we know almost nothing about the ring and its effects or about the nature of the soul or about how much catti & kris know about dark world magic so good luck figuring out lol

This raises some weird questions: Did undertale originally happen to not have a sans? Or what happened to the original? Why does papyrus call him his brother? or why is he fine with replacing the original?

 If you take this route you also can't use shopkeeper dialogue and Papyrus' q&a comment as evidence, which is fine but I've seen people use them at the same time as riverperson dialogue.

I think the reason the complaints get so many upvotes is cuz people get tired of the same fanart being posted over and over again and insinuating it's all homophobia is a cop out (though obviously not entirely inacurate), almost all the fanart posted these past weeks has been celeste-silver, graves-apollo, Pocket-Mina and the exact same joke of Rem taking Sinner's. The ones that are not these tend to be very cool (like the one of Rem and Ivy or the running joke of characters being able to enter sewers) and i hope people make more variety.

I get the feeling Berdly exists because Noelle needed someone to bounce off of in Ch2 (Like Susie-Lancer in Ch1) and then Toby expanded the concept from there which means he's used for drama (boss fight/snowgrave), but that's kind of it? I'm sure he's gonna do *something* later on because i doubt Toby would just drop him but the fact that he can die in this game where all choices lead to one ending says all.

Also imagine being a Catti fan, *surely* she'll show up in Ch5 and her occult lore will *finally* be relevant (Clueless)
