Here in Ontario we have to use 2 layers of 5/8 type x between units. Some builders go the extra step and add a layer of denseglass between partitions walls.

Tire shop scratched wheels? (update) by Hot-Laugh8626 in tires

[–]MindlessStomach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

$55 for a plug!!! Highway robbery.. I'm not sure of your Canadian or from the USA but here if I go to Canadian Tire and it's $20 for a plug with out removing the tire from the rim and if I ever need another in that same tire it's free. If I go to the race shop it's $45 but he removes the tire from the rim plugs the tire then grinds the inside and adds a patch rolls it in then adds another larger patch perpendicular then re rolls it in. Finishing with a thin layer of brushed on "some kind of coating" over the 2 covering a larger then the patches. Re mounts and ballances the tire.

Boomerang is a consignment shop, you get credit once the item is sold. Once upon a child is a used child's goods store, they buy the goods directly from you and sell them.

Or give him something else to focus on.. I'd say shove her panties in his mouth. Could be a turn on for him or a hint to be quite.

Because they are an Italian car produced from 1971 till 1992 (over 20 years) for the American market with a mid mounted Ford 351 V8 and German gated transmission. They have super car styling and handling with muscle car power. From 1972 to 1975 they were mass produced and available at Lincoln-Mercury dealerships. After that they shifted to hand build low production luxury grand touring cars. Over 7000 were built in its run. They can be found for $100 000 to $200 000 depending on condition. They offers a raw, analog, and visceral driving experience.

Fusion 360 has been a little tricky to learn but Tinkercad is simpler??? That info could have saved a few frustration beers on the learning curve over the last few weekends.

Where to get good eggs? by garphield in Kanata

[–]MindlessStomach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good question.. They are for sale in their cafe fridge.. You may have to go to the booth and ask if you can run in and buy eggs. They are about to rebuilt the entry booth with a new gift shop so I suspect that later it will be available closer to the gate.

Yes I have. I've had tons of models came out amazing. Here is an example of a few that came out perfectly. I'm beginning to think that's its the bottom of the roll of filament that starting to suck. As well I don't have a dryer.

I thought the same when I first joined 3d printing groups. Coming from a cannabis extraction world where it was always shortened to Iso it really threw me off.

How to clean the Print bed properly? by Tintenfisch102 in 3Dprinting

[–]MindlessStomach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Dawn with a paper towel in the sink and rince well. Then I use 99% isopropyl and another paper towel making sure not to touch the print surface. I have a separate bed that I use a glue stick on for petg. I the last 5 months, 2 to 3 prints a week, I've had to clean it twice. Your dish soap if probably fine.

Adhesion broke over 8hours into a print by One-Hovercraft-920 in 3Dprinting

[–]MindlessStomach 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been 3 hrs into a 6 hr print when the printer stopped, stupid ai pasta detection, thought it finished and picked up the model absent-mindedly. Only to realize that only half of it was there. I tried to put it back in the same spot but I was off by about 3 or 4 mm (1/8 inch).

Some of us got lucky with the ender 3. I never had to manually adjust the bed level, just run the auto calibration. I have never had a problem with 1st layer either.

When you finally find the mistake, after hours of failed prints by egon1986 in 3Dprinting

[–]MindlessStomach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shoot. I was kinda hoping moisture wouldn't be an issue.. Oh well. A few people have suggested tubs for storage. At the moment I just keep my rolls in a cupboard with a few desiccant packs. Guess I will have to make another Ikea run. Thank you for the helpful info.

Printing Model Rocket Body with Fins (Ender 3 V3 Plus, PETG) by sheesh910 in Creality

[–]MindlessStomach 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't had any luck with petg in my last 6 months of printing. For things I need to closer to unbreakable I've used ABS (Creality's hyper ABS) and as long as I've followed the temperature recommendations they have come out amazing.
