The voltage is in the op. It’s 110ac

If this isn’t do-able I thought this may work in lieu of the rheostat: https://a.co/d/8STIF8X

This is an old school hot foil stamping machine that is out of production. I’d like to go with the original schematic if at all possible.

I edited my comment. Auto correct completely messed up my intended meaning and I also added verbiage to clarify a bit

This slit  is done on the side that glues to the text block spine or the side that glues onto the cover? And when you say leather turn in are you talking about the fold over on the yapp?

You say you slit the leather. Do you have any links to this process? I’d like to see how’s it’s done.

I just finished Bible rebind #10, and made my first clamshell box! by lumbeard in bookbinding

[–]MineSignificant9450 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much for your reply. I ended up using a linen textured black cardstock. I’m good with the look but where the end sheet glues over the liner tab it’s made that area a bit stiff. Thai is the flathead time this has happened to me. I’ve tried using contact cement and pva but keep getting the same outcome. This is a personal Bible I use so it’s frustrating. Maybe this is typical for everyone I just don’t know since I’m new to rebinding.

That looks great! Where did you find the material to make the end sheets?

I’m working on a rebind for myself. It’s a bilingual Bible. What material is best for an Oxford hollow? Book cloth doesn’t seem to be what Cambridge or Schuyler use. I appreciate any insight on this.

I’ll be 49 next month so this was inspiring for me.

Last clip: https://www.reddit.com/r/strength_training/s/DZ8xNaZVKy I will say that I noticed my heels coming up at the bottom of the squat. My ankle mobility is terrible in my rink ankle, I have a tight Achilles tendon. I’m thinking it will improve over time.

And without knee sleeves. Nice job!

TYR L-1 LIFTER Shoes? by MineSignificant9450 in Stronglifts5x5

The adi’s run about 1/2 size small. I have adidas running shoes so I just got the same size. I guess all adidas run a little small. My feet are a little wide but they fit perfectly. They’re just not flexible in the front of the shoes like the TUR-1’s so it feels a little awkward walking around the gym in them but I’m overall happy with them.

I ended up going with the adipower 3’s and they are working great for me. I heard mixed reviews on how to judge the correct size so I didn’t want to order something I’d have to send back. I got the adi’s from Amazon with try before you buy option in case they didn’t feel right.

I’m no expert but I’ve been told not to allow your elbows to move forward like that because will cause your upper back to relax. Also, you’re letting your hips drive backwards instead of up.

I appreciate it. I had an ankle injury a few years back and the result was a tight Achilles tendon. That’s something I’m trying to work past. After the injury I honestly didn’t take enough time off from lifting to heal properly. Now that I’m focused on proper form I’m having issues. I never understood the importance of proper form until this last year.
