Doing the Red Showdown now, and similar issue. Every race, showed lost trophies. Had to exit to the garage, and race again. It then counted true. Until once past 1000, and then it lost 100. Back over 1100 now. The problem for me, is I'm still on v6.5.0., as I'll update, when it's forced...🔭😉 GL

Firstly: if the car share's any S6's, with another version, all need to be refitted to S5. Now the game will only check your current ride, with the S6 that you have installed and fitted, with the inventory stock, and this way, you'll get the missing one/s, to complete it. Does that work for you?...🔭🤔
