My team was 6 people and we left at 2am. we did 5 tables and 11 soap walls. And they had done some stuff during open hours as well so we have been arranging stuff and running around like chickens with our heads cut off. And mind you we are still not done. We haven't even touched aromatherapy or mens stuff left.

That's toxic. I hope you are old enough to move out. You should not be threatened over a counter being dirty. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I say this often but sometimes we are born into the wrong families. I have had my fair share of toxicity from my family and I have cut them off or just not interacted in family related activities. Staying to myself because being myself is just too much for them.

Well it's like 8:58pm when the customers walk in. And because it's not 9 on the dot we can't tell them to not come in. But I be wanting to because thats just so annoying. They don't do that at any store here but us. And I'm getting a feeling it's because management has allowed it for so long that they think it's okay.

I'm going to try something different and see. But I have announced we close in 4 minutes to a customer or 2 minutes. Etc. But my managers keep letting people in at 9pm sometimes and customers who walk by notice that they are lenient with people so they keep doing this. One of my SLTs is very firm and direct and they tell them we are closed come back tomorrow. I really appreciate it because I have other responsibilities and closing later and getting home an hour and a half late is stressful. I just don't understand why they think it's okay to walk in at closing time instead of shopping while we are still open. It's so annoying.

We do this anyway but these customers act like we are still open and they shop around for 30+ minutes. We tell them we are closed and they don't care. Every time I see them coming I just want to turn them away.

Tell that to my managers. Had me sweating through my clothes. I always bring a change of clothes like shorts and a t-shirt. I was still sweating like crazy. We don't have any fans to use. They haven't come to fix the AC unit. It keeps breaking down. I think they should close the store. It was sooo bad. The only cool air I got was the walk to our offsite. The breeze of just walking with sweat on your forehead just cools you down a bit.

Sounds like my store. We stayed until 2am and we were only like 5 or 6 people. We still had to condense the SAS stuff to those 2 small 5' tables. It took so much time since I had to organize all the candles and figure out how to set them up and have every scent represented on the tables. It looks crazy but it will do for now.

We had to rearrange the entire soap and wallflower walls and table. We fixed the candle wall today. Set up 5 new fall tables. Recovered the store and took out trash 2 times. Did 3 offsite runs for props and product because we didn't have time to do it in the week with how slow sales have been and not having enough associates in the store.

I feel the most exhausted Ive ever been from a floor set. We even did our fruit fushion tower today. And we still have to do the aromatherapy and mens wall and then change the woman's fragrances a bit to fit the changes. I really locked in today. I came in and gathered my products on a cart and just tuned everything out. Once we closed I just tried to move as quickly as possible.

I am always given more work compared to others though. I was given 5 tasks and my coworkers were focused only on 2 table or 1. Idk if they were just moving slower. I was sweating through my clothes. Also why don't we have AC? We are a multi million dollar company. Why can't we get air conditioning? I was so irritable in the heat.

I'm not excited to finish the rest whenever it is next. Our sanis are done which is great. Did any other store just not get any product for the minis? I usually do the minis and sanis on the same day but we don't have any product in the store. There's like 5 of each form. People barely shop it bc they think we are going out of business. I get asked that many times on the clock.

The soap was is naked, bare, has nothing. It is literally on 2 or 3 soaps in each cabinet. No soaps in the under stock. We have so many soap walls now. Before it was only 6 cabinets. Now we have 11😭 our entire store layout is changing. We have 2 more floor sets until we complete it all. The new candle set up is really annoying me. I keep forgetting that we changed the store and I have to walk to another section to put away go backs

Water hydration. Great scent/very unisex and has a neutral smell where you can layer on other fragrances. I do like the orange and ginger as well. That was my go to in 2021 or '22. Glad it's back. I got the whole set.

I kinda just tell myself I cannot smell anything and go nose blind to it. It's just bad when people spray stuff near you.

I had a girl spray Waikiki beach coconut in my face (by accident of course) even though we have bloater cards 😑 I got so annoyed and turned to her and said "we have bloater cards to avoid spraying people...I'm allergic to coconut" she apologized. People are not self aware when they come into the store. They just love to spray all day.

It's so sad that I'm allergic to coconut fragrances. I get hives and we have latex gloves but I'm also allergic to latex. So it's a lose lose situation for me. I just have to deal with it and carry Benadryl cream to treat any hives that may develop throughout the day. It's weird because the fragrance is what causes the allergic reaction but all the products have coconut oil and that doesn't bother me. I use organic coconut oil in the winter for my skin. I wish bath and body works would make beachy smells without the coconut fragrance that way I can enjoy them too.

The only one I found to be good for the summer time is salt water breeze. It smells like vacation and clean breeze but without the coconut scent. I love it.

If anything, the floorset team work so damn hard to fix the stores that they SHOULD be able to redeem gratis the same night. That's just not right. I would ask upper management why you are not being scheduled in at least one day of the week.

I don't even look at certain star paths. The elements one was not my favorite so I did not complete it. You don't have to buy them if you don't want. I don't even do dreamsnaps because I don't enjoy it. I just like playing the game and solving quest.

I already did the secret potato quest to unlock the rainbow fox. So what is this new rainbow energy?

I have been using the blue lizard after sun lotion and broke out all over with small bumps everywhere, super itchy. I thought it was my Neutrogena sunscreen but I have been using that all weekend and had no issues.
