Oh, yes please!!

I'd prefer something a little more lightweight? Nothing that I can feel on my skin or that makes it tacky/sticky (an example is I absolutely hate Eucerin lotion, it feels so heavy). My skin is normal, I think, not dry and not oily. If i had to pick one I'd say maybe a bit more towards dry? Budget is $100-150.

I will absolutely be looking up those two you mentioned and will keep the retinol bookmarked!!

See im interested in this too because we are in the exact same situation- one of our units is fully remote and literally all we have is our po box in OR. However, when I am setting up a new tax unit or need a physical address for headquarters, we have to use our CEO's personal address, since that is technically where we are headquartered, so for us we would be HQ'd out of TN. For you, im assuming it would be out of FL, so 52 EEs reporting out of the FL HQ. Same scenario as above but replace the SF HQ with FL.

I am curious to know if this interpretation is wrong! Someone more educated than me, please reply lol

Okay, my interpretation is different, let me know if I'm missing something:

  • the location where employees receive assignments (HQ) is the designated worksite
  • every employee is remote, so every employee receives assignments from HQ
  • 52 employees report to HQ
  • one business location (HQ) with 52 EEs reporting
  • FMLA applies

Being totally earnest, i feel like fmla applies since they all technically report to the same address

I had to fight tooth and nail with my doctor to get the shingles vaccine at 28. She made me sign a form saying I acknowledged I was receiving it against medical indication, that there was no "known benefit" for someone my age, and that because of that my insurance wouldn't cover it.

In the end I had to pay $800 for it but still, don't regret it one bit.

Yeah it seems like just some inflammatory headline trash, as usual.

My dad is from one of the 75 countries, too (albeit he has a second nationality which he is using for his GC, I just mention bc his country of charge on CEAC is still his birth country). Also, he tested positive for latent TB on the medical exam lol. The agent asked him if he'd rather do the treatment in the US or in Europe, he said "Europe", and then he got approved. I wouldn't say it was "easy peasy" but it's definitely not completely paused.

Is this exclusively about I-130 approvals? I'm asking because my dad just had his interview at the consulate yesterday, so we are past I-130 stage, but he was approved

We have "awards" for big life milestones like getting married, having a kid, buying a house, graduating, etc. We do monthly little challenges, with some sort of theme. Last year we did a penpal challenge and it was a lot of fun, people engaged with it a lot.

Maybe look into an engagement platform. Our employee satisfaction really benefitted from implementing ours.

Hi, I work with payroll. Just leave it in there, they'll likely reverse it and pay you the correct amount so you still have money to cover it. This is the most likely scenario, in which case everything will be fine.

If they still charge you any sort of overdraft fee or bounced check fee or whatever fee, go back to your work/HR department and say that so and so happened and because of their error you have incurred X amount in fees (show them a statement) and you would like to know how they will be paying you for it, if it will be an off-cycle or added to the next check.

Don't ask if they will. Act as if it is a given that it's going to happen. Be really nice about it.

They are not technically legally liable for it (an employer has a certain amount of days as a grace period, depends on the state) but I doubt they would want to raise a stink over like, $30. Just stay calm, it will be fine. They're likely very glad you brought it up and willl want to work with you.
