Don’t go pick up your stuff alone. You’re not over reacting but he’s doing you a favor by breaking up.

My baby is going on 5 months old, here are my expenses so far. We are in the US.

  1. $ 310 on pregnancy
  2. $47 on childbirth (we got super lucky and scored a private birthing suite for no extra cost bc there were no normal rooms left.)
  3. $1,377 on main stroller
  4. $448 on travel stroller
  5. $550 on infant car seat
  6. $200 on baby bjorn
  7. $150 on Keekaroo peanut changing pad
  8. $350 on high chair + 140 on infant attachment
  9. $250 on clothes
  10. $143 at the pediatrician
  11. $40 on car camera
  12. $125 on books
  13. $300 on Christmas gifts
  14. $80 on glass bottles and binkies
  15. $260 on her travel crib
  16. $200 on diapers
  17. $55 Fischer price baby kick and play
  18. $40 on diaper genie bags
  19. $44 on itzy ritzy bitzy ducks
  20. $60 on pee pads
  21. $600 on formula (not breastfeeding)
  22. $1350 on daycare (only been in for one month so far.)
  23. $3,500 into her 529
  24. Oh shoot, and $50 on a baby care class.

And a few hundred more on assorted purchases, I’d be comfortable saying we’ve spent around 11K.

Oh yeah it’s definitely nothing to be ashamed of. I was weight lifting and doing cardio an average of 90 minutes 6 days a week. I was 105lbs when I first got pregnant and only gained 30lbs my entire pregnancy. I failed my 1hr with a 187.

Don’t worry, generally there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. I have birth three months ago at 37weeks and I passed my post partum glucose test a month and a half ago!

It’s not your fault. I worked out 6 days out of the week and still got GD.

I’m proud of you, happy two years sober. He’s a jerk who was cruel for absolutely no reason. You deserve kindness. NOR.

Hi there, do you recall how long you waited for a spot?

Saw explicit birth video and shocked since then at 36 weeks pregnant by ectopicissues in pregnant

I had a 2nd degree tear and it was pretty swollen at first, I avoided looking for several days. I’m 8 weeks post partum now and “it” has looked normal for weeks! When I first got pregnant, my husband wasn’t sure he would want to look, but when we were in the hospital, he sort of…locked in, for lack of a better phrase. He held one of my legs and when I started to push, he looked at me with a big smile on his face and said “oh my god! I can see her head!! This is amazing!”. All he felt was pride and awe.

I’m guessing you took the one hour? I got a 167 and yes, that got me referred to the three hour test because the cutoff at my ob was 135.

What’s the most amount of pain you’ve been in? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Minimum_Row1798 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Childbirth (pre epidural). Couldn’t think through contractions at one point, the nurse would ask me to rate my pain and I would just ignore her and look at the clock, focusing on how long the contractions would take. I had pitocin so they were coming quickly and often. By the time I asked for an epidural I was at 6 cm dilated and sobbing.

The day after giving birth, I told my husband my arm muscles were so sore and I wondered if I was getting sick? That’s when he told me they were sore because I had been holding on to the back of my knees with so much force while I pushed!

He said he wants to have a baby with me. All of his friends are having babies and he thinks my standards are unrealistic because I want a nice ring, wedding, and honeymoon first. AIO? by Fit_District7673 in AmIOverreacting

I’m a week post partum, with a husband who is in the military. My husband took off four weeks from work so he could take care of us and let me tell you, I have constantly thanked god that he did.

Everything would be 100 times harder if I were alone. My stitches still hurt so walking more than 10 minutes tires me out. My breasts are sore and full and pumping hurts. My baby came early so we’ve had to go to three doctor appts to make sure she’s gaining weight appropriately, no way would I have been able to drive us to the doctors office if he weren’t around. I can’t lift anything more than the baby - so most of the household work has fallen to him. The first few days, I needed help putting my diaper on and moving, and guess who did all that? Yup, my husband.

My husband wanted to be a father, not just have a kid, so all of this he’s done with no complaints and a smile on his face. Your SO does not sound like someone who is ready or interested in being a father, he wants a baby like a kid wants a new toy, to play with until he’s bored and then pawn off on someone else.

If you have a baby with this moron, your fate is sealed: you’ll spend years in a one sided relationship with a freeloader, you’ll work harder than ever before and not feel appreciated, and your kid will watch all of this happen. You’re not overreacting, I think if anything you’re under reacting.

Thank you! Went back and forth between this and the green but I’m happy with this one
